Can I create new documents in the knowledge section or can I only upload existing documents?

  • With PlanBold you can do both. To create a new document, click “Add New Document” from the upper right of your screen. To upload an existing document, click “Upload New Asset” from the upper right of your screen, next to the “Add New Document” link.

How do I add a new category for my assets?

  • When you add a new asset to the knowledge section, you will have the ability to select a current category or create a new one from there.

Can I attach an asset to a plan?

  • As of now the knowledge section is to be used as a repository for collateral features. There is no integration with the plans section.
